"Should have been here yesterday." That old chestnut. People pull it out all the time, usually making you feel angry with them for saying it and your boss for making you go to work.
This particular yesterday was pumping, offshore all day and a surprise 3-4 foot of East swell to go with it. Barrels for all involved. Fun ones. Thanks Huey - you're a champ.

	Billabong Pro Santa Catarina: is currently on in Brazil. Dane is winning which is becoming standard. Parko and Taj are out which kind of sucks. Kelly Slater will still win it. Check the action here.
	Beachley Classic: There was a chicks comp on at Curly and Dee Why last week. Steph won, everyone knew it would happen. Check out some of the highlights here.
	Night surfing: When the moon is full and the sharks are asleep there is a way to beat the crowds. Toby Martin and Ellis Ericson shared a few fun ones at 10pm last night and why not?
	Fan yourself: Good way to get daily updates and some different images that don't go up on the website.

Guess what, I have some good news.
This weekend is looking the goods. Swell, offshore winds and sun. Cancel all other plans and get wet.
In other news - Bali is calling, I fly out today, will do my best to get some cracker jack shots for you to perve on when I get back.

Morning Report: Waves 2ft, swell NE ,wind WNW 20-35 knots easing. Blowing like stink offshore which has cleaned up yesterdays wind swell nicely but will continue to erode the size, 2ft on open beaches , hit it early as the tides on the way out and there will be a few hollow ones on offer before swells ironed out, winds will ease up later,,check Coastalwatch swell forecast.
