Well that was fun. Offshore winds and solid swell for a couple of days. You ripper! Last week was sweet.

Autumn is the best time of year for us surfers: Great waves, warm water, amazing light and offshore winds.
The only guys devo'd are the air crew - a quote from young Hurley air master Cooper Chapman "Offshore is so overrated!"

Cooper will learn as he ages that nothing compares to the barrel. Bring on more offshore wind!

I was just in Bali for 10 days and had an absolute ball. Stay tuned for the next Blue Snapper update with all my favourite snaps from the trip.

Looks like a bit of water falling from the sky this week, (Plan A) soak it up and get all your work done. Or (Plan B) enjoy the waves without all the sunny surfers.

Morning Report: Waves 2ft, swell NE ,wind WNW 20-35 knots easing. Blowing like stink offshore which has cleaned up yesterdays wind swell nicely but will continue to erode the size, 2ft on open beaches , hit it early as the tides on the way out and there will be a few hollow ones on offer before swells ironed out, winds will ease up later,,check Coastalwatch swell forecast.

Sunny. Winds gusty west to northwesterly tending westerly then easing by early evening.
