AUSTRALIA

All 'PRINT ONLY' orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

'CLASSIC FRAME' orders are custom made individually and shipped within 3-4 weeks from the day of ordering. 

'PREMIUM FRAME' orders are strictly pick up from Manly or delivered by private courier at the buyers cost. These frames are custom made individually and ready for pick up within 3-4 weeks from the day of ordering. Please contact us by email for all these options. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - VERY IMPORTANT!!!

If you live outside of Australia, we suggest ordering a PRINT ONLY and having it framed locally in your country. That way the frame has no risk of being damaged while traveling to you. We do ship our Classic frames internationally, but it's quite expensive. If you wish to place an order for overseas and you are unsure which way to go about it, please contact us by email. 

For lost or damaged items, we unfortunately cannot refund or replace the order free of charge, as we have no control over the validity and reliability of the International postal service, once we have shipped the item, a tracking number will be provided. In the rare event that an item is undelivered or damaged, please contact us and we will take action to sort this out as soon as possible.
